🚚 What’s the Setup & Breakdown Process?
Our contractors handle it all so you don’t have to:
Secure vehicle & scan games using RFID
Load equipment and travel to your event
Set up all games and provide instructions
Confirm setup with you, then take & upload photos
Return equipment after the event
All with minimal disruption to your event and no extra notifications needed from you.
🌧️ What If It Rains?
Games must stay dry. If bad weather is forecasted, you may reschedule in advance.
Water damage due to negligence may result in cleaning or replacement fees.
🛠️ What If a Game Breaks?
Normal wear & tear? We’ve got it covered
Accidental damage? Minor issues may be waived
Negligent or water damage? Fees may apply
Let us know ASAP if anything happens.
👀 Do I Need to Supervise the Games?
Yes. An adult must be present during game play to ensure proper use and safety. This keeps the fun safe and smooth for everyone.
⚠️ Can I Move the Games?
Please do not move or drag the games after setup. They’re heavy, sometimes fragile, and arranged for balance. Need adjustments? We’ll help!
